Terms of Service
Note on company incorporation: Eniteo AI is currently being incorporated as an Estonian company (OÜ — Osaühing). These Terms are operative and binding. Once registration is complete, full company details (registered name, registration number, registered office) will be updated in this document. The service provider is and remains Eniteo AI — [email protected].
In brief: B2B SaaS service. You own the content generated using your Knowledge Base. We commit to 99.5% uptime. You may cancel at any time. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes — you are responsible for legal review before publication in regulated contexts.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Eniteo AI OÜ ("Eniteo", "we", "us") and any legal entity or professional ("Client", "you") that registers for and uses the Eniteo AI platform ("Service").
The Service is intended exclusively for B2B use. Individuals acting as private consumers are not the intended audience for this Service.
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is recorded with timestamp and IP address at the time of registration.
2. Service Description
Eniteo AI is an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) SaaS platform that helps B2B companies improve their visibility in AI-generated responses (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). The Service includes:
- Knowledge Base builder from company data and website analysis
- AI-assisted generation of optimised content (answers, articles, structured schema)
- AEO scoring and optimisation recommendations
- AI citation monitoring across major platforms
- Multi-language support (Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese)

Prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be shown at checkout according to your billing country.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Eniteo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Invoices are issued electronically and are available in your dashboard.
In the event of payment failure, Eniteo will retry the charge and notify you by email. Account access may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of paid periods, except where required by applicable law.
The Free plan has no time limit and does not require payment details.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: Content generated using your Knowledge Base (articles, answers, questions) belongs to you. You grant Eniteo a limited licence to process this content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
Eniteo's IP: The platform, algorithms, scoring models, source code and brand elements are the exclusive property of Eniteo AI OÜ. No licence is granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate misleading, defamatory or illegal content
- Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorisation
- Perform load tests or automated scraping not expressly permitted
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
8. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided for informational and marketing purposes. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publication, especially in regulated sectors (legal, medical, financial). Eniteo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legal compliance of generated content.
9. Service Level and Availability
Eniteo commits to a target uptime of 99.5% per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance (communicated with at least 48 hours' notice) and force majeure events.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and EU law:
- Eniteo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
- Eniteo's total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by Client in the 12 months preceding the event, and in no event less than €100.
- These limitations do not apply in cases of Eniteo's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for breaches of GDPR obligations.
- Class action waiver: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Client waives the right to bring or participate in any class action or representative proceeding against Eniteo.
- Force majeure — AI APIs: Eniteo is not liable for service interruptions caused by unavailability of third-party AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or others) that Eniteo does not directly control.
11. Shared Security Responsibility
Eniteo implements industry-standard security controls for its infrastructure. Client is responsible for: (i) not uploading personal data of third parties unless strictly necessary for the Service; (ii) securing account credentials and not sharing them with unauthorised persons; (iii) managing user access permissions within their account.
In the event of a security incident attributable to Client credential compromise or negligent use by authorised users, Eniteo's liability is excluded. Client must immediately notify [email protected] of any unauthorised access.
12. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Indemnification
Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eniteo and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- (a) publishing AI-generated content without adequate human review;
- (b) use of the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
- (c) infringement of third-party rights by content uploaded by Client;
- (d) presenting AI-generated content as independently verified professional advice;
- (e) any content published by Client using the Eniteo Service.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Estonian law and, where applicable, European Union law.
Arbitration: The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce (ECA), seated in Tallinn, Estonia. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
If a party fails to participate in arbitration within 30 days of request, the courts of Harju County (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
15. No Professional Advice
The Service generates content for digital marketing purposes only. Nothing generated by the platform constitutes: (a) legal advice or legal services; (b) financial or investment advice or regulated financial services; (c) medical advice or clinical recommendations; (d) accounting, tax, or audit services.
Clients operating in regulated industries are solely responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable professional and sector-specific regulations. Use of the Service does not substitute the obligation to consult licensed professionals where required by law.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver: Failure by Eniteo to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, DPA, and any applicable Order Form, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service.
